A few weeks ago Kyle and I took a trip to Sedona with some of our closest friends. The same friends who we adventured with this same time last year in Las Vegas. :) Sedona is a far cry from our Vegas trip, and I couldn't have been more excited. Five days of rest and relaxation was exactly what we all needed. It was filled with hikes, massages, day spa relaxing (for the girls), golfing (for the boys), lots of laughs, my birthday celebrating and really good food. I knew I wanted to document the trip, but I went into it a little uncertain with how to do it. I brought both digital and film cameras with me. And looking back, I am kind of wishing I would have forced myself to do one OR the other... because I have half the trip on film (three different film cameras) and half the trip on digital. I remember leaving the house each day torn with what to bring. Film? Digital? Point and shoot film? Manual film? Digital?? Kind of bummed about it. Neither one tells the complete story of our trip on their own. Well, lesson learned though for next time.
But either way... the trip was documented and here are some of the digital pics from our drive out to Sedona and a little bit while we were there. I'm sure I will get around to blogging the film down the road as well.
